Constant Funded provides trader evaluation services only. We are not a broker, investment firm, or fund, and we do not offer investment services. All accounts, including Funded Accounts, are simulated. No trade is ever placed on a real market and no real capital is traded. Payouts are performance rewards, not investment returns.
Simulated trading only
Every account we provide is a demo account in a simulated environment using virtual funds with no cash value. Simulated prices, fills, and execution may differ from real market conditions, and results here may not be achievable on a live market.
Evaluation services, not investment services
We do not give investment, financial, or trading advice, and we do not act as a broker, custodian, or intermediary. Program fees pay for an evaluation service. They are not deposits or investments, earn no return, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Evaluation and Funded Accounts
An Evaluation Account tests whether you can meet a program's objectives and never pays rewards. A Funded Account is also simulated. It is not funded with real money, and its results are only used to calculate a possible performance reward.
Rules are enforced
Breaking a program rule or using a prohibited strategy can fail or close your account and cancel unpaid rewards, without a refund. We may review, suspend, or terminate any account or service as set out in our Terms, and our decisions are final.

Trading involves substantial risk, and you may lose the full fee you pay. Testimonials and payout posts are not promises of results. Our programs are not offered in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions listed in our risk disclosure.
