One phase, no daily drawdown limit, only the overall boundary applies.

Constant Access is Constant's one-phase evaluation program with no daily drawdown restriction. You still need to respect the overall maximum drawdown and the minimum trading days, but there is no separate per-day loss limit to track. This page covers everything.

How the program works

Constant Access has one evaluation phase. You purchase the account for a one-time fee based on the account size you choose. Once active, you have unlimited time to hit the profit target while respecting the overall drawdown limit. Passing the phase makes you eligible for a funded trading stage and profit-sharing.

No daily drawdown limit

Constant Access does not enforce a per-day loss limit. You can have a losing day without it counting against a daily boundary. The overall maximum drawdown limit still applies at all times and is the only drawdown rule on this plan.

No daily limit does not mean no risk. A single large loss can still breach the 7% maximum drawdown in one trade or one day.

Maximum drawdown

During the evaluation, the maximum drawdown is static: measured from your starting balance and fixed there. On a $10,000 account, the floor is $9,300 and doesn't move as your balance rises. Once you're funded, the same 7% limit switches to trailing — it rises with your balance and locks once it reaches your starting balance, so it never moves against you from that point on.

The 50% margin rule

At all times you must maintain at least 50% free margin. Free margin is the portion of your account not actively committed as collateral for open positions. If your open positions require more than 50% of your available margin, you are in violation. The fix is straightforward: reduce position sizes, close some trades, or stop adding to existing positions when margin is under pressure.

Margin rule violations may trigger a warning strike. Repeated violations can breach the account.

Strategies and behaviors that are prohibited

  • News trading within restricted event windows.
  • High-frequency trading and tick scalping.
  • Automated strategies, bots, and expert advisors.
  • Copy trading, signal services, and mirrored execution.
  • Martingale, grid, and progressive position-stacking strategies.
  • Trades shorter than 30 seconds in duration.
  • Latency arbitrage and exploitation of platform execution delays.
  • Account sharing or allowing third parties to access or trade the account.

What happens when you pass

When you hit the profit target with at least three valid trading days completed, the account moves into a funded account review. This review takes 24 to 48 hours. Your account stays live during this period, data keeps syncing and the maximum drawdown rule still applies.

The funded phase and payout eligibility

After review is approved, the account advances to the funded phase. The same margin requirement and strategy prohibitions still apply, and there's still no daily drawdown limit — but the maximum drawdown switches from static to trailing at this point. After 30 days from when the funded phase begins, the account becomes eligible for its first payout request; every payout after that follows the standard 14-day cycle.

Payout Cycle

The margin rule that applied during evaluation stays active throughout the funded phase, and the maximum drawdown limit keeps applying too — it just switches from static to trailing. A breach in funded phase ends the account.
